Oficina is a non-profit social enterprise that promotes the professional, social, and personal growth of people, especially those facing barriers to education or employment. It offers courses, hands-on training, and internships, while supporting local companies with workforce development. Headquartered at Villaggio del Fanciullo, Oficina is inspired by ACLI – Christian Association of Italian Workers - values and is part of the ENAIP (National ACLI Body for Vocational Education) Emilia-Romagna Network, leveraging strong local, national, and international partnerships.
How you will help
Assisting in lessons, workshops, labs, project-based learning, tutoring, preparation of training materials, and supporting digital/e-learning platforms.
Helping organize and monitor company internships, supporting career guidance, collecting feedback, mapping skills, and aiding HR in matching labor supply and demand.
Supporting activities for vulnerable learners, civic education, community outreach, mentoring, and intercultural inclusion programs.
Assisting with cultural events, sports, recreational activities, study visits, seminars, and public events.
Supporting program monitoring, training outcome analysis, labor market needs assessment, and report preparation.
Assisting with social media, newsletters, websites, multilingual materials, international cooperation projects, and mobility program coordination.
Helping with administrative tasks, event organization, scheduling, and project documentation.
