Julie Champlin-Liguori

Julie is originally from the United States, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in German from Hendrix College. Her early academic focus on language and culture sparked a lasting interest in the field of study abroad. She went on to complete a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and English Language Teaching at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, where she deepened her understanding of language acquisition, bilingualism, and cross-cultural communication.

Julie has lived and worked in a few different places, including Australia, Austria, China, Germany, the UK, and Italy, which she now proudly calls home.

With over a decade of experience in international education, Julie is passionate about connecting people and fostering meaningful relationships across cultures. She has designed and managed faculty-led study abroad programs, supported students through the admissions process, and built strong partnerships with international institutions, while contributing to strategic planning, program development, and operations to ensure impactful and well-run programs.
